George Pittman

President


George Pittman is the President of Ammons Pittman Property Management and the President and CEO of Pittman & Associates, Realtors. In 1976, George co-founded the residential division, known then as Ammons Pittman Real Estate, along with Jud Ammons (Builder-Developer). In 1987, he acquired a local company and began a property management division, known as Ammons Pittman Property Management. Today the company services over 650 rental properties and 50+ home owner associations.


George has served as President of the Raleigh Board of Realtors as well as past NCAR RPAC Chairman, NCAR Legislative Vice Chairman and is a Life Member of RPAC. He has been Realtor of the Year and in 2007 was named to the Raleigh Regional Association’s Hall of Fame and most recently received the Award of Emeritus (2016).  George also serves on the Advisory Board of North State Bank. He and his wife, Lou Ann, work together in their Real Estate business.

Jason Pittman

General Manager


Jason Pittman is the General Manager of Ammons Pittman Property Management. Born and raised in Raleigh, he graduated from Cape Fear College in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration.  He has a Real Estate Broker License as well as myriad trade certifications, and has been managing a large portfolio of properties since 2002. Jason has been instrumental in researching, acquiring and implementing cutting edge Property Management software technology, to help with effective company operations and accounting. His experience with construction and property management is a valuable asset for the maintenance aspect of property management.

Nina Pittman 

Broker


Nina Pittman was raised in Northeastern NC and moved to the Raleigh area in 1999 to begin a career in Real Estate. She began her career at Ammons Pittman in March 2001. She has held a variety of positions throughout our company from an Administrative Assistant, IT Support, Accounting, and General Brokerage sales. She currently assists with the daily operations at Ammons Pittman Property Management. Nina and Jason enjoy spending time with their children and watching them play ball, along with traveling and visiting with family and friends.  

Mylinda Hinton

Property Manager


Mylinda Hinton has been with the company for over 10 years. Mylinda received her Brokers license in 2006. She is a resident of Knightdale and has been in property management for 26 years. She enjoys working with people and thrives on the challenges that property management can bring. Mylinda also enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and attending the Thursday and Friday night football games with her cheerleader daughter.

Adam Almahrouq

Property Manager


Adam was born and raised in Raleigh NC. He has a passion for exploring the world. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and playing soccer. With deep roots in the Raleigh Community he has honed his skills in Property Management to provide top-notch services to local residents and businesses.

Dawn Roberts

Admin Assistant


Dawn has been a Raleigh resident for many years and started working with us as an Administrative Assistant in October 2019. She handles work orders and invoices, and helps with leases and renewals. She and her husband love spending time with their two daughters and care for their two cats. She enjoys trying new recipes and connecting with family and friends.

Hollie Boeye

Administrative Assistant


Hollie is a resident of Franklin County. She joined our team in January 2022. As our Administrative Assistant, Hollie provides customer service via phone and email. She also handles the administrative responsibilities of new leases and lease renewals along with other administrative tasks in the office. Hollie loves spending time with her husband and two children. They all enjoy doing activities such as arts and crafts and going to the park.

Our Rental Agents Team is comprised of dedicated staff that strive to build long lasting and trusted relationships with our property owners, tenants and vendors. Our goal to meet or exceed the expectations of the people we serve is a consistent primary objective.
