George Pittman | President
George Pittman is the President of Ammons Pittman Property Management and the President and CEO of Real Living Pittman Properties. In 1976, George co-founded the residential division, known then as Ammons Pittman Real Estate, along with Jud Ammons (Builder-Developer). In 1987, he acquired a local company and began a property management division, known as Ammons Pittman Property Management. Today the company services over 650 rental properties and 25+ home owner associations.
George has served as President of the Raleigh Board of Realtors as well as past NCAR RPAC Chairman, NCAR Legislative Vice Chairman and is a Life Member of RPAC. He has been Realtor of the Year and in 2007 was named to the Raleigh Regional Association’s Hall of Fame and most recently received the Award of Emeritus (2016). George serves on the Advisory Board of North State Bank. He and his wife, Lou Ann, work together in their Real Estate business.
Jason Pittman | General Manager
Jason Pittman is the General Manager of Ammons Pittman Property Management. Born and raised in Raleigh, he graduated from Cape Fear College in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration. He has a Real Estate Broker License as well as myriad trade certifications, and has been managing a large portfolio of properties since 2002. Jason has been instrumental in researching, acquiring and implementing cutting edge Property Management software technology, to help with effective company operations and accounting. His experience with construction and property management is a valuable asset for the maintenance aspect of property management.
Rod Hamby | Vice President
Rod Hamby is the Vice President of Ammons Pittman Property Management. A graduate of NC State University, he acquired his Real Estate Broker License in 1969. Rod has owned his own real estate company and served on the Raleigh Board of Realtors Grievance Committee and as Vice President of the Raleigh Country Club. For over 40 years, he has managed home owner associations and rental properties, and sold real estate. He is an active member of the Community Associate Institute (CAI).
Pat Hartman | Bookkeeper
Pat Hartman is the bookkeeper and has been with the company since the acquisition in 1987. She is responsible for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables. She oversees the Owner statements, Tenant payments and deposits and all financials for the property management company.
Courtney Stainback-Depo | Bookkeeper
Courtney Stainback-Depo joined Ammons Pittman Property Management in July of 2018 as the Bookkeeper. In her role as Bookkeeper, she works closely with all property managers to be sure that records are kept accurately. Her daily duties are keeping up with the financials for the office. She has 20 plus years experience in her field and is extremely happy to be part of our team. Outside of her job here she is a wife and mother of 3 and takes pride in her family and spending time with them.
Mylinda Hinton | Property Manager
Mylinda Hinton has been with the company for over 10 years. Mylinda received her Brokers license in 2006. She is a resident of Knightdale and has been in property management for 26 years. She enjoys working with people and thrives on the challenges that property management can bring. Mylinda also enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and attending the Thursday and Friday night football games with her cheerleader daughter.
Liz Lehrer | Property Manager
Liz Lehrer is originally from Florida but has lived in the Raleigh/Triangle area since 1998. She attended East Carolina University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies. She has worked in the Real Estate/Property Management industry since 2010, getting her real estate license in 2013. Liz is a member of the Raleigh Regional association of REALTORS. She currently resides in North Raleigh with her husband, Daniel and dog, Leo.
Jillian Hourihan | Administrative Assistant
Jillian Hourihan is a recent Raleigh transplant having moved back from Arizona where she held her Real Estate license working in Property Management for the last three years. Here, she focuses on assisting the general manager and property managers with a specific focus on leases, work orders and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Kris Pruitt | Administrative Assistant
Kris Pruitt has a BS in Mathmatics, BS in Economics and a minor in Statistics from the University of Mary Washington. She spent 14 years as a manufacturing engineer and an engineering and product specialist for industrial control equipment with Westinghouse Electric and Square D Company. She left the industry for 20 years to raise her sons. She is our receptionist and assists with staff administration.
